Maybe this is not the norm but I had a very bad experience with this company. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life and although I asked to speak to the owner to try to clear things up I was not allowed to. It is sad because I feel like he is or at least was a reasonable person in past dealings. I will not do business with this company in the future.
