I'm a runner and for years I was unable to enjoy running as I was dealing with a foot injury from a prior foot surgery. My foot surgery not only caused last foot pain, but it also messed up my whole spine to compensate for the pain in my foot. I was a mess. Dr. Wolf taught me so much about how my body compensates when things are not in alignment and with her help of adjustments and dry needling I'm back to running 3 days a week again and loving it!

I have to admit I really held back on the dry needling in the feet. But so many people are so desperate for help they give me permission to do it. When we do it works very well.
