Not the best in the city...far from it – Rude people with no understanding of what they do. I'm a former owner of a lab. I know what to expect when entering one of these "one hour" labs. These people didn't have any idea of what they were doing, they were rude and condescending. I dropped the film off with special instructions, the salesperson told me that it couldn't be done.
