Tim, the service manager, was professional, organized, and easy to work with. He kept things moving on the claim and made sure we had everything we needed without delay. It’s clear he takes his role seriously and values good communication — definitely appreciated his help throughout the process.

We broke down heading to Colorado and right away we called this place. Both on the phone and when we first arrived, they told us that they could get us in right away as they were not busy at all. They said we needed to wait for the mechanic to come back from lunch. Again, we were told they're not busy at all.
