Stopping in Ogallala for the night in our travels, I looked for a place to service our Ford King Ranch. Stopped in Wolf Auto Ford and was greeted kindly and worked into the schedule. BEWARE: FRAUDULENT REPAIR ADVICE & GROSS NEGLIGENCE Wolf Ford Ogallalais a financial trap for anyone in a mechanical crisis. I emailed their service department explicitly detailing a high-pressure mechanical failure. Despite their own tech confirming the oil was dangerously low, Service Manager Tim chose to ignore the facts and sold me a $2,157 "guess." Tim was aggressively rude, dismissive, and flat-out wrong.
