Very disappointed with communication and service. After an attempt ineffective work, I tried to contact the company to come back for almost a week, no response. I know they do vent cleaning, but their tech said he also provides coil sanitation, so I was charged 860 dollars for an improper and incomplete service. Later the company responded by text message after I’ve escalated through every way possible.
