Update/upgrade on my review here. Corporate did reach out to me eventually and they learned from the experience by listening to me about it And they made it right. I also understand why there was an initial delay now and they are updating that part for everyones benefit. I had a frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a full-size mattress but received a queen, despite the box being mislabeled. After multiple attempts to contact them via a combination of email and phone, I finally received a call from a sales representative, John, who showed a complete lack of accountability and indicated it was a corporate issue.
