He will fix things on his own time! Like 6 weeks wait time! He isn’t a repair man! But travels to Nigeria regularly and he won’t book maintenance unless he’s in the US!
Wolex Real Estate is a nightmare to work with. I leased one of their places for 12 months. Absolutely AWFUL communication and terrible response times. They just don’t care… When it came time to get my security deposit refunded, it took almost 2 months after moving out and countless emails and texts just to get a PARTIAL refund. The house was professionally cleaned and left SPOTLESS. Stay away.
Worst experience. Horrible response time, communication, and manners. Rarely every responded and was very disrespectful to tenants. DO NOT RENT under wolex services.
I Loved their food!!! If u like Cajun! This the spot in this Area in Houston . Everything I ordered including my drink hit the spot!
