I bought my first home on January 10, 2020. It was brand new construction from Wolcott properties. Came with a year warranty. Within weeks a punch list of items that needed repair or fixed was generated. I reached out to the builder with my list. Among them were electrical problems and plumbing issues. Here it is 9 months later and they have not all been fixed. He did fix a couple things off the list in June but has been unresponsive since then.
