I stepped.on my wife's glasses during this pandemic. I contacted Janet, she ordered replacement frames for is over the phone. Janet contacted us when the frames arrived and arranged to switch out the lens. customer service is wolcott optical.
Wolcott Optical has been my favorite and only opticians since my first glasses allowed me to se the individual leaves on the trees in fifth grade - 70 years ago. They are the greatest and have always provided the best personalized and friendly service.
Absolutely the best place for glasses . The customer service is exceptional and they are all very knowledgeable, focusing on the needs of the individual. A far better warranty plan than the places I’ve been before . I highly recommended a visit to look around and see for yourself . You won’t be disappointed

My wife and I took my 1 year old boy in to Wolcott Optical to get fitted for his first pair of prescription glasses and Ron knew exactly what he needed. The level of care and detail are unmatched. Best in the business. I highly recommend.
