Make sure you get a quote from these guys before they come out, and again before they even start. Got charged 400, and that was only for a diagnostic. Another expensive lesson.
On 2/20/25 we paid $2890 to have a water pressure regulator installed, a new tank above the regulator, replace the kitchen faucet, simultaneously replace a gasket under the kitchen sink, and inspect the crawlspace. This was the second time we had used Wolcott. The first time we were very pleased. We've had 3 different services from Wolcott in the last month (Electrical, plumbing and HVAC). Today was an HVAC service and dryer vent cleaning that comes as part of out Shield+ subscription package. Levi was incredibly friendly, thorough, informative and helpful. He genuinely seemed happy to do whatever was needed of him, and gave us options for some repairs we might do without being pushy about it.
