I viewed 841 W Sunnyside Ave and was treated extremely rudely by Igor. Despite meeting all criteria and being the first to apply for the property, we were rejected and weren’t given reason. Legally, they are required to give a copy of their background check findings and list why the application was rejected but did not. They def have mice! Looking for rent increases but nasty attitudes if you need or ask for repairs/upgrades.
The property manager and landlord are horrible. They never fix anything or return your calls. They have mice in their buildings.
