These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in the rats in these buildings are insane you hear them all day and night do not move here
I viewed 841 W Sunnyside Ave and was treated extremely rudely by Igor. Despite meeting all criteria and being the first to apply for the property, we were rejected and weren’t given reason. Legally, they are required to give a copy of their background check findings and list why the application was rejected but did not.
