I lived at this 4655 location for a few years (before i found something better for the same price deep into Hyde Park). The apartments have been recently rehabbed and look more modern, but they rehabbed each unit with VERY cheap material. Theyve increased the rent price each year over the last 5 years, mainly because of the area, not because of what they give u via the apartments. Its a mixed pot of tenants.
