The report I received was hand-written and did not include major infractions. The cost was very expensive and was only six pages. I hired another inspector within days of closing on the home that was substantially less expensive, and I received a very professional 50 page document with photographs, and statements regarding what needed to be repaired. The dishwasher says it was not attached on one side, however he did not mention that the door fell to the ground when opened and when turned on it leaks, seems like he didn't check, We ended up buying a dishwasher the first week we moved in. It says he check the construction of the attic and that everything was normal however while putting stuff in the attic approx 1 wk after moving in one of the 2x4 that hold up the roof was broken in half and needed replaced I had to hire someone to come do that.
