If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I have had several mishaps with not only raw freaking chicken and pork served to me, but also have had several friends explain how the Perrin Beitel location in San Antonio, TX has had employees not only increase their tip, but also tip themselves when there wasn't tip written in. This place doesn't care that their employees stole your money either. Crappy food and even crappier service!

When we spoke yesterday I explained everything to you & sent you a pic of the charge. The tip was what you put nothing more. Also you never mentioned anything about raw meat now your making stuff up. I strive to have excellent food & service always! Again my apologies for the misunderstanding.

Self seat, self order. Might as well cook my own food and bus my own table. Truly surprised they didn't tell me to do that too. Just awful, then they couldn't even remember what I ordered. You all should be embarassed!

One of the best in SA. I loved the lemon infused dish and especially the pho. Its definitely one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in SA and they deliver.
