RecommendedBuffet is very selective.
Great people here! Real Chinese food for a great price, and delivery to most towns in the Ephrata area. Can’t beat the value, especially with the buffet every day! They don’t skimp on the buffet either- great General Tso’s, Shrimp, their special Wok N Roll chicken with veggies, house made crab Rangoon’s and egg rolls, fried rice, and sushi too! They even do Pad Thai, which is always good. They’ve got dessert covered with fried Oreos and house made fried donuts.
I always order the pan fried meat dumplings, and they've always been amazing, but tonight they were just ridiculous. The ratio of filling to casing was way off (2 of them didn't even have filling, they were just dough). I'm talking like, maybe 1 bite worth of filling in a piece of dough twice that size. They weren't crispy at all, half of them didn't even look like they had been fried. They were just soaked in grease. The delivery guy was legitimately on his phone when he dropped off our order. Best Asian food around. Very accommodating staff! As a vegetarian l appreciate how many items on their menu are meatless. Almost a weekly customer and never had a bad meal. Everything is hot and fresh. Nice portions for the price.
Went to eat on a Sunday, thought I might have to deal with the post-church crowd. This was not a problem as we were the only dine-in patrons in the place. It was eerily empty. Did I miss a bad health inspection report? I asked the cashier why there were no other customers. She said it was due to the hurricane in Florida.
