The food is okay but the service is terrible. I spent $70 on four meals going to two separate people so I asked for another plastic bag to separate the orders. The woman I asked, who I later learned was the owner, actually ignored me then directly refused. Her attitude was bad from the start of our interaction. The food is okay but the service is terrible. I spent $70 only to receive pushback and attitude (from a woman I later learned was the owner) for asking for a receipt and an extra plastic bag to fit the four meals I ordered. I got out of there as quick as possible and will not return! Hope this helps someone else.
I debated whether to share this experience, but unfortunately it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. A friend and I visited today for lunch. While deciding what to order, I picked up a physical menu so I wouldn't occupy the only customer kiosk. When I asked if it was possible to place one dine-in order and one to-go order, the employee said she wasn't sure but offered to enter my order on a second kiosk behind the counter while my friend used the customer kiosk.
