As first time home buyers, we would have appreciated more timely communication from legal assistant, Nisha Rana. She told us she would send the information we needed and book us an appointment to sign paperwork, by the end of the week before our closing date. She did not send us the information we needed until 2.5 days before closing, and only after I had followed up again.
