I met Rick Wohlfarth several years ago while looking for an apartment on the Upper West Side. He knew the area, knew the apartments that were available and the co-op boards. He listened to me. Several years ago Rick was the broker I used to purchase my apartment. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the buildings I looked at and the various co-op boards. He listened to what I wanted. When I decided to sell the apartment some months ago, Rick was the only broker I even considered. I knew he would be straightforward about what was becoming a difficult market.
