Wohlers has been nothing short of fantastic, start to finish. I'm finishing my basement which is small and cramped and had some creative construction that made it hard to get to the supply and return trunks. Dave came out and gave me a quote with plenty of clear explanation and answers to my questions. I felt like I was collaborating rather than being "quoted at." Our AC was not working all of a sudden - we contacted Wohlers. We have a baby and it was a very hot July day- Chuck came the same day to take a look and was able to replace the part and get cool air flowing! We are grateful for the accommodation and a wonderful customer service experience!
Wohlers stands behind their products and warranties. Our experience with the office was absolutely fantastic. We had a little issue with gettiing the service right, however in the end, all was made right through the companies integrity, ethics, and honesty.
Wohlers was one of only two contractors I contacted who actually took my interests seriously and looked into ways to get me what I wanted — a two-stage system despite some installation obstacles. Pat looked into all possible options, and I feel I got a great system, at a great price, with a great warranty. The installers seemed very proficient and spent the whole day, and then some, to make sure everything was just right.
