This is a sorry ass company. They just took over for another sorry ass company the end of 2023. Just to do nothing but collect the rent money. They want your rent but want fix anything.
I am a resident of one of the properties Wigan Group manages and it has been the absolute worse experience! I have even tried to reach out to cooperate and the number hangs up after you press '1' for an associate. My office management is poorly staffed. They act as if you are inconveniencing them by putting in work orders. I haven't had anything fixed for the seven months that I have been here and I put in work orders for everything that needed to be repaired when I first moved in. This is the worst managed property management company I have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone. No one. You call their complex in Collierville called ************ and no one answers. You leave a voice mail and no one ever calls you back. You email and they email you this ridiculous email back saying schedule a walkthrough only none are available and it starts all over again. This company will refuse to pay invoices after work has been completed by contractors on property they manage. They don't return phone calls or emails and every promise to pay is broken. They stop payment on checks once issued and cause additional bank fees. They are very unprofessional to work with and don't pay for jobs completed.
