I do not recommend using this company. I am just getting around to writing this review. Last year around this time (2025), I purchased rocks for my landscaping. I was unsure of how much I needed so I asked what happens if I purchase more than I need. I was told by a female employee that they will pick them up and bring the unused rocks back and weigh them and reimburse me for them per lb. For a place that (I assume) usually deals in sales by the ton/pallet/sq yd/cu yd, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and accommodating they were for someone who only needed half a dozen rocks for an aquarium. Their Mexican Beach Pebbles are beautiful, they let me pick and choose, and they even sent someone over with a sack to help make things easier. I couldn't ask for more than that.
We came here to buy gravel, and while the product itself was fine, the front staff was very unpleasant. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they came across as rude and unkind. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, our experience was not positive because of the way we were treated.
Oh, this is perfect!
You really need to update your hours of operation. My husband and I drove an hour only to find you were closed. Do better.
