Be more honest. Person bidding the job said he would take one wall down and brown coat it. When I saw the workers were simply chipping out the surface I contacted him questioning why they weren’t doing the work as agreed and the person who created the bid asked why I was raking him over the coals. My husband and I thought we could redo our ceiling in the basement, which entailed removing old popcorn ceiling. Well we bit off more than we could chew and didn't know what to do because our basement remodel was on hold until the ceiling was done. We called Woemmel, Mark came out and said his guys could get this done in no time. They showed up at 7am on our scheduled day and knocked out our entire basement in less than 6.5 hours, which included covering up where we filled in where a railing used to be.
