Be more honest. Person bidding the job said he would take one wall down and brown coat it. When I saw the workers were simply chipping out the surface I contacted him questioning why they weren’t doing the work as agreed and the person who created the bid asked why I was raking him over the coals. I found this highly unprofessional. Before getting off the phone he agreed he would do the work as we had originally discussed and advise his crew to do so.
