They are always busy but they always make sure individuals are ok. From x-ray to emergency, very happy with how I was treated. It's when get transferred to albury hospital that stress and issues arise. It's like they don't like people from Wodonga getting sent there. When sent there, I was sent straight to a ward and left for over 4hrs without any obs or even a hello. Had a day operation for my eye at this hospital. Was super nervous but all the nursing staff and doctors reassured me and explained everything super well. All staff were super nice to me and before I knew it my operation was done even being under just local anaesthetic . Definitely a good hospital.
I was seen by Dr Chen in the Emergency Department today and really wanted to leave a review because he was just wonderful. Dr Chen was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Even in such a busy environment, he took the time to listen and made me feel like I actually mattered not just like another patient being rushed through. The way Dr Chen treated me made a real difference and stopped what could have been a very difficult and overwhelming situation from becoming much worse.
