I used to enjoy going and getting wagyu steak from here when we lived in Texas, but they have truly awful customer service, and after awhile they stopped having things stocked that I ordered for pickup and would not notify me so I would make the trip out to the ranch (not exactly close/convenient) and they wouldn't have what I ordered. We used to love this place and drove quite a distance to visit because, two years ago, it truly was the best around. Unfortunately, it has gone significantly downhill. The customer service is now extremely disappointing—and based on other reviews, we’re clearly not alone in feeling this way.
