Scammers. They called my phone advising I needed to verify the last amount out of my checking account!! They stated that I had some hits on my account in Orlando, Fl. Well, while I put them on hold I contacted my bank on my work phone and verified they are FAKE. My account is just fine. DO NOT give them information.
I had good experience with them on an auto loan. Helena and Patty were super helpful.
The employees at this FCU do not know what they are doing. If any questions asked, they would refer that its the system and have absolutely no clue what is going on. Patty, THE ONLY loan officer is very under-educated in terms of how to process a loan and when asked questions, does not entertain and tend to be offended. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.
