Shannon the receptionist was awesome !! Polite and informative!!!
Refused to make an appointment. They said multiple times they didn’t get the referral from my doctor then said my doctor has to get labs done first . Staff is very rude and seems like they refuse to take new patients to avoid the work.
Dr Chuada and her amazing team change my life. My arthritis is under control and I am back to enjoying life. This is all possible because Dr. Chuada found the medicine and treatment that best suited me. A special thank you to Shannon. She is one of those wonderful team members that will call you back or listen to any issue that you’re having and she will personally follow up with you. As does Dr. Chuada as well. Wonderful people wonderful practice.
Dr.Chadha, Kaitlyn, and the rest of the team are great at what they do. Willing to listen and respond to your needs. Great experience
Our first visit today went very well. Shannon was very helpful and kind, the nurse , PA and Dr Chadha were kind as well. Hopeful we will find solutions to my husbands painful situation.
