Today, standing out in front of WNY Rheumatology Center entrance, puffing away on a cancer stick, was one of their staff. She was screaming at people, telling them they can't park in their lot if they're going to the estate sale across the street. I parked in their handicap spot, as I have MS, as well as a heart issue, and also a patient of theirs. Dr is excellent. Her staff is rude and condescending. Stated the doctor had sent a pre authorization to my insurance company. I waited a few days and call the doctors office to inquire if they had heard anything. Before I could even finish my question she rudely tells me to call the insurance company. I said please let me finish. I was leaning towards being ticked off. I said that I don't doubt the doctor sent it but the insurance company says they have not received it. editing my review. After giving them another chance, they somehow managed to lose another star so we go from two to one now. After a completely non-empathetic interaction with the PA, I saw the doctor explained what happened. Was apologized to. Decided to give the office another chance. My insurance ended up switching in the new year. I let the office know. I was on a bio similar. I need it to be switched and I needed a new prior authorization. I have been going through different issues while going to Dr. Chadha the last 6 years. I have seen her PA and couldn't be happier with the care and concern of this staff. I explained my concern of the pain in my joints. Labs and xrays have been ordered to clarify swollen hand joints. Thank you for your care.
