I've never even been here, but the service is so lackluster that I had to leave a review. I was recommended to reach out to WNY Psychotherapy by my primary doctor, but rather than reaching them, I found that their voicemail-box was full. I even went as far to fill out an online intake form, but still nothing. Over a month later I finally get a call, but I've already found a service elsewhere. Been "going here" remotely for years. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They make billing and scheduling easy. You may need to try out a couple of counselors until you find the right fit--but it is worth it. Definitely recommend.
Waited a week for a response only for them to tell me they do not take children my son's age (after I had already confirmed that with his pediatrician) and they were so nonchalant. I had to ask for another referral and even that seemed like a stretch. 10/10 do not recommend
Filled out the intake form online and waited a week and a half no response. I called the intake line, no answer and voice mail full, got through to the main line was told they would send a message it’s been another week and half with no response! And the website is down…… must be how they run the office.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. A little over year ago my children and I went for ADHD testing. Not surprising, we have it. The office was supposed to email the results to my childrens Dr and never did. I called a couple times a month at first. Then I called every week. Then I started calling every other day. Eventually they stopped answering the phone. I even emailed them and they still didn't email any results.
