I so feel for the people who took the time to review this place. All I will say is I had long term sessions here covering nearly 25 years. Although not visiting here for 8 years, the response to my request to return is like I never existed. And in retrospect of the time I did come here, these reviews are accurate as to their corporate culture, mission, practices, and administration. Found out I have adhd on May 21. Called the office twice after not receiving any paperwork. I still to this day have not received any paperwork and it’s the last day in June. I need the paperwork for college and so I can get on medication. This is ridiculous!
I've never even been here, but the service is so lackluster that I had to leave a review. I was recommended to reach out to WNY Psychotherapy by my primary doctor, but rather than reaching them, I found that their voicemail-box was full. I even went as far to fill out an online intake form, but still nothing. Over a month later I finally get a call, but I've already found a service elsewhere. Been "going here" remotely for years. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They make billing and scheduling easy. You may need to try out a couple of counselors until you find the right fit--but it is worth it. Definitely recommend.
Waited a week for a response only for them to tell me they do not take children my son's age (after I had already confirmed that with his pediatrician) and they were so nonchalant. I had to ask for another referral and even that seemed like a stretch. 10/10 do not recommend
