I found a counselor I like based on her background and have tried calling more than half a dozen times and left several voicemails to the intake department in the past 6 weeks and have not heard back since. They kept telling me that they are understaffed and said that they are couple weeks behind on the intakes. Finally, the person told me today that the counselor no longer accepting new patients. They could have told me that after my first phone call. Very disappointing.

I only had a few sessions with Dr. STEPHEN GILMARTIN at the Orchard Park location, but I felt like I knew an awful lot about him. Often times during a session he would go off on a tangent and talk about himself for a good 3-5 minutes. It wasn't in a way that was relatable to me, it was just him talking like we were out for drinks. I could tell that he genuinely didn't care about my issues. I can't share what it was like going there because I never had an appointment. Every time I call to make one (3 times over 4 weeks), I get routed to voice mail. I leave a message with my name and number, and days go by with no response. I left a message today telling them not to bother calling me even though I knew I didn't need to say it, because they wouldn't anyway. *orchard park office* Went here for about a dozen visits. Had a great feeling first appointment, the office was beautiful and everyone was very professional. I’ll leave the name of the provider I saw out of it, but after several visits felt I was not really being helped. I asked how we’d be working on things and provider was very flippant just saying we’d talk about it.
