Living without a hot water heater (HWH) is not the kind of life that I want to live so when mine stopped working a couple weeks ago, I needed a new one ASAP. Western New York plumbing installed everything needed in my newly built home when I have a question or if I need something adjusted or fixed Mike and Tyler have done an excellent and thorough job. I feel their prices are very fair, they return calls without much of a delay and I see their trucks in my neighborhood as opposed to other plumbing companies. That actually says a lot about their Plumbing reputation!
WNY Plumbing is efficient, Courteous and do great work.I happened to get Mike and he has a back for finding solutions and remedies four problem I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs. I needed them in a hurry and Mike was there.
Western, New York Plumbing came out to my home to fix a leak in a standup shower. Tyler called 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He walked me through the process and gave me an estimate. Tyler educated me on what he was doing, and how long it would take and began his work professionally. Tyler went above and beyond and I appreciate him and Western, New York Plumbing thank you.
