Had a leaking hot water heater, didn’t answer their phone during business hours at first just kept ringing. Someone finally answered a few hours later after trying a third time and was nice, took down my info and said they had to check with a supplier to see when they could get the tank I wanted in stock. Never heard back from them. Was waiting for their ETA before I went ahead with other companies, figured if they couldn’t remember to call me back I probably shouldn’t hire them.
Tyler was great, fixed all my leaky pipes. Came quick and fixed ot quickly. Thank you.
Mike was very helpful. Answered all of our questions and took care of our issue with our back up sump pump. Highly recommended!
