Came from Canada to get MRI done. The place was friendly and professional.
travelled from Canada due to extreme lengthy MRI wait times. Registration was simple, as everything had already been done over the phone the day before. Once taken back, I expressed my anxiety about the MRI and was immediately reassured. The MRI techs/staff were incredible at keeping things light and calm. I was given soft headphones to listen to music, was told to pick whatever genre I liked and they would play it for me during the test. Wow all the negative reviews and No apologies from any of the their staff I will be taking my Lumbar and Cervical script somewhere else the fact this imaging location offers no apologies speaks volumes obviously they don't care!!!
Had an MRI taken and was told 24/48 hours for the report to be sent to my doctors. Here we are 5 days later and it still is not at any of my three doctors. So I called and was told, Oh, we will send it now. Three hours later and still no report. I've been in pain for two months, and need this report in my doctor's hands. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
