Came from Canada to get MRI done. The place was friendly and professional.
If zero stars would be an option, it would be my rating. Multiple times over the last few years I have been sent here (180 Park Club Lane) for imaging and it’s my last. The front desk staff is always rude and you wait 5 minutes for them to acknowledge you even when they’re looking right at you. I tried to hand over the script and my license and insurance card and she wouldn’t take it from me. I was told you can’t make an appointment for c rays, but only one tech. travelled from Canada due to extreme lengthy MRI wait times. Registration was simple, as everything had already been done over the phone the day before. Once taken back, I expressed my anxiety about the MRI and was immediately reassured. The MRI techs/staff were incredible at keeping things light and calm. I was given soft headphones to listen to music, was told to pick whatever genre I liked and they would play it for me during the test.
