Worked with Sonya Jidra she wants absolutely fantastic!! She is the only realtor we will use anymore if we have to buy it sell again.
This "reality" company really has created an eyesore in the Elmwood Village with their beat up advertising signs. Walking by this for week, a month but wow, really months of this ugliness tells me they simply don't check their properties or just don't care. Well, one thing, they are not selling. Please do not support this group who makes the city of Buffalo look ugly! See their pictures yourself below!
Only got 2 stars because at least they returned my $10,000 deposit check. After I called about it. Realtor lied up and down about the house and thankfully I got out of the contract with 0 penalties. I own my home now without any help from this agency.
