Words don't express how grateful I am for Sonya Jindra and her team with the work they put in to get me my first home. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process (especially when the seller was less than cooperative). She gave me the confidence and the assurance to fight for the house I wanted and made sure everything stayed on track. I cannot recommend her enough and I know I'll be reaching out again should I need to move again.
-They could not provide me a receipt for my deposit. - They could not provide me their business EIN number or proof of license. -They could not prove that the house listing was there’s . I was not leaving my $10,000 deposit with a business like that. I had to have my realtor set things straight. - They were not there for closing even inside their business. It’s absolutely absurd and unheard of that metroRoberts could not prove or provide any of the information requested.
When I think of the best in the real estate business, I think of Sonya Jindra. She’s so kind-hearted, patient, and understanding. And being that I’ve only rented apartments and have limited knowledge in this department, she really came to my rescue and pulled me out of a bind by helping me sell a house. Everything was quick and easy. I highly recommend working with her!
