I've been coming here for 4 years eveever since Dr t is gone I've had nothing but problem the new Dr told me time is money and wouldn't send the remaining of my prescription which she changed the mg so it cost more at the pharmacy and I didn't have enough money to buy the full script so I had to do a partial and was told she would have to send the remainder due to the class of the perscription I've been hung up on numerous times gone without my perscription de.t cared about his paitents yes his waits were long but he genuine... read more

Dr. Tripathy used to be the doctor here. Because of the volume of patients nobody was able to see him for more than 5 mins per month. Now, the new doctor Dr. Sultana is following in his footsteps. The employees of WNY medical do not have your mental or physical health in mind. They only care that you pay your bills and leave the office as quickly as possible.
