This place has become terrible, and the employees are breaking the law frequently.I went to see Dr. Fayza several times because I was suffering from allergies.A month ago I developed a severe allergy with a cough.I scheduled an appointment through the patient portal.They called me and asked me to make Dr. Faiza my family doctor. Front desk ladies have been very friendly which I do appreciate as a very anxious and socially awkward person. However I can only give 1 star so far as since I've been prescribed meds I have to request a refill and have them actually refilled on time. Currently I've been out of my meds for 3 days after requesting a refill a week and a half ago. Tried through the portal, tried calling the office, and tried having Walgreens request my refill. Still nothing. Very frustrating!!
Doc is great, don’t get me wrong. Previously gave this location 5 stars. 1 star now because clerical staff are disrespectful and rude. Doc needs a new location because i’m not coming back.
Doctor wouldn't refill prescription and basically told me get medical marijuana or kick rocks. No problem prescribing ADD meds though. I found a doctor the who filled my refill the next day, obviously, because from my medical history, you can see that my medication use is responsible. Made me feel like a drug addict for seeking a low dose of something that helps me function in society so I'm not stuck at home with anxiety. Don't waste your time. Doctor should retire.
I have been A patient for a few years and I love this practice. Nothing is ever perfect with any place but the doctors here they really do try in the staff is excellent. Give them a chance sometimes you go to the doctors office and sometimes you have to wait to but that’s OK because they will take their time with you and they will listen and if you feel like they don’t listen to make sure you make it clear and they will do their best too
