Very good doctor's office. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. They always listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.
Rude
The physician I went to for over 15 years is transitioning into retirement by joining his practice to WNY Medical. Most of his employees went with him. It may be telling that they all quit except one. I thought I would give them a try. It seems the only purpose they have is to be a money making machine. The PA I was seeing is competent enough, just a bit cold.
