Great office staff and doctors
My son has been with WNY medical for 10 years and it has become impossible to deal with. The call center is a joke, you cannot understand anything they are saying, and its impossible to get a refill without an appointment. The walden office used to be nice , but since the big turnover of staff, you are treated rudely, never see the same PA, and its impossible to understand what the staff is saying and if you ask them to repeat whatthey said they get agitated, ive got nothing against someone with an accent, but you need to be... read more
Amazing doctors and staff. Especially from Smith Adam who helped to resolve a concern my daughter had.
I always have a pleasant voice on the other line and they let me know when they are refilling prescriptions. I have had a positive year with my newer provider Mary Beth. We have accomplished more in 6 months than I have anywhere else.
