Very pleasant staff...caring, compassionate NP Marybeth Lewis...but just recently can't get hold of them
Use to be a great office. Now you wait for ever to just go into a room. It is ridiculous. The staff at the window are something else. Eating at the computer, they don't use hand sanitizer.
THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! DO NOT TRUST YOU OR YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH HERE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!
Used to be great when Jennifer and Megan were there, dealt with Tina and she basically called me a liar because I told her how much I get charged and have to pay for televisits, said there is no way I would be billed that much. Wants to do a televisit every time I need a refill on my prescription which Megan never did. They cancelled my in office appointment then called to remind me I said you guys said it was cancelled, they called to remind me 2 different days to come in on a cancelled appointment, my son goes here as well... read more
This review is mainly about their new scheduling process. I am switching my doctor due to the overly aggressive behavior of the call center that they've outsourced their scheduling to. I received a phone call 25 minutes after I scheduled an appointment to schedule It is borderline harassment. If I can sue, I will.
