I’m sad to post this, as I have been going to this provider for many years. I am giving them a 2 star review because I really did like this provider in the past. In recent years, their service has severely declined. A few years ago, I would receive multiple calls per month stating that I should schedule an appointment for a physical, despite my annual physical being already scheduled that year.
