I arrived for an appointment that was booked using the WNY Medical call center. I confirmed with them twice as to the time I should arrive. Upon arrival, I was told by the health assistant that I was late and needed to reschedule the appointment. I was frustrated, knowing the time I was told. I expressed my disappointment and was met with hostility from the health assistant and then a cold shoulder from the PA. WNY Medical really needs to get their act together.
