Great place to do business with! I went there to browse new enclosed trailers. I started out by browsing their lot. I really liked what I saw. Great manufacturer & quality. They didn't have what I needed on their lot though. So I went inside to talk to the sales guy (Kyle). By the time I left, I ended up ordering my new trailer.
This place is awesome to work with but Unfortunately, they sell a product that is absolute garbage buyers beware of quality trailers no warranty QUALITY Trailers Are absolute garbage stay away
Stopped to check pricing on a utility trailer. Not one person available to help. Stopped previously to look at snowmobile trailers. Not one person available to help. Ended up driving to Holley and purchasing.
Purchased a couple of gravely 660s, price was right but when it came to warranty work, beware you will be billed, other places I've purchased mowers thru aqua supply and wegmans motor works any time I had a issue from silly throttle cable breaks to a serious issue like a motor replacement, at there shops there wasn't any fees for replacing a motor on a newer machine. WNY accessories is less than a mile from my house. Went in looking at a gravely ZT HD, the guy behind the counter couldn’t be bothered with me. When he gave me pricing it was confusing. 3 different prices depending how I paid, he didn’t even mention the 0% financing for 48 that gravely is advertising, I went to another dealer 30min away, worth the drive.
