We've purchased 4 trailers from Russ and his team the past 2 years. They are always prompt and transparent with all of our inquiries, whether it be for a new unit, or repairs on a current one. Not to mention the numerous times they've dropped eveything to get us on back on the road with little to no notice from us. This is PRICELSS in our industry. You dont see that kind of service much anymore. We couldn't keep our company rolling without them. Thank you guys!
I went in on a Saturday morning. 3 people sitting at the counter. I wanted to spec and price a new trailer. Guy at the counter acted annoyed I was there and I was very specific and knew what I wanted a price on. No catalogues, no options, no help at all. I left my number for a call back it's been 3 weeks. Everyone there acted like they didn't want to help, bothered. I won't be returning and I took my Buisness elsewhere

Stopped in for an estimate to have a front hitch installed on my truck. I was told 4 to 5 hours of labor involved which according to the hitch manufacturer it would only take 1 to 1.5 hrs total labor. Estimate seemed rather high so my local mechanic installed it and charged me just 1.5 hrs of labor. So I can't comment on this shops ability to install a hitch but the shop itself looked nice and clean. I just think the sales person was way off on his labor estimate.
