I am working in WNS for last 4 years in etraveli process ,WNS is very good organization to grow but do not have any word for management they have worst management at the time I joined WNS organisation really that was osm organisation but now wns is being worst day by day because of management I left WNS because of the management only worst management (RUPESH NAMDEO PATIL) . Worst worst worst management.
1.Improper management 2.Hr are chatting with their colleagues instead of taking candidates interviews 3. employee and service staffs are extremely arrogant and non supportive 4. Walk in interview general waiting timing is 6 to 9 hours. 5. Like inder trained employees
