Literally require a full years worth of rent payment from service industry workers before they sign. Garbage policy from a garbage company. You can tell the majority of 5 star reviews here are fake because all the reviewers have 1 or 2 reviews total, doesn’t take a genius to see them stacking the deck against how trash they are. Their response says what I'm saying is incorrect, but they are lying.
Jim and the WNC Property Crew have done a great job marketing, selling and making the entire process easy. They go out of their way to take care of their clients, including responsibilities that they do not own. Thanks for the help.
As a prospective renter It was very difficult to make an appointment, you cannot speak to a real live person, all communication is text or email. Before deciding to place a property with this company I recommend trying to get an appointment to view one of their current properties and see how you enjoy the process.
