Simon is exceptional and renting with WNC Property Management has been great. I move around a lot and truly have never had a more seamless experience. The communication is always prompt and crystal clear. Whether you’re the renter or owner, I highly recommend!
Literally require a full years worth of rent payment from service industry workers before they sign. Garbage policy from a garbage company. You can tell the majority of 5 star reviews here are fake because all the reviewers have 1 or 2 reviews total, doesn’t take a genius to see them stacking the deck against how trash they are.
This is the best property management company we have ever worked with. They were very responsive and took care of any issues right away. Would highly recommend renting a house that is managed by WNC if you can, they make things very stress-free and convenient.
Overall we were very happy with WNC Property Management during our three years of renting thru them. Simon was extremely prompt and responsive and our concerns and repair needs were handled in a timely manner. And we appreciated that we received our security deposit back quickly after our move-out. I will say that the fees/deposits/paperwork were far more (and far higher) than any place I’ve ever rented from….even to the point of being asked to carry a certain level of liability rental insurance.
