I've had a great experience with WNC property management company. Simon has been wonderful to work with, and his maintenance crew has been awesome—friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever something comes up. We were excited about this property and moved quickly by requesting a tour, then submitting our application a week before our scheduled showing. We were also told that applicants could apply without seeing the property first, but we chose to wait until after our tour. About 24 hours before our confirmed showing, we were informed that it had been postponed because another applicant had submitted a site-unseen application over the weekend. Literally require a full years worth of rent payment from service industry workers before they sign. Garbage policy from a garbage company. You can tell the majority of 5 star reviews here are fake because all the reviewers have 1 or 2 reviews total, doesn’t take a genius to see them stacking the deck against how trash they are. Their response says what I'm saying is incorrect, but they are lying.
Jim and the WNC Property Crew have done a great job marketing, selling and making the entire process easy. They go out of their way to take care of their clients, including responsibilities that they do not own. Thanks for the help.
