We were excited about this property and moved quickly by requesting a tour, then submitting our application a week before our scheduled showing. We were also told that applicants could apply without seeing the property first, but we chose to wait until after our tour. About 24 hours before our confirmed showing, we were informed that it had been postponed because another applicant had submitted a site-unseen application over the weekend.
