I recently had surgery on both eyes here, and I was amazed at how well we were treated, from intake to discharge. Every staff member and doctor we interacted with actually listened and acted on my concerns, especially with anesthesia, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful surgical experience - the first good experience I've had in my lifetime, and even brought my husband and me a hot cup of coffee before I was discharged. I struggle with anxiety but everyone was great at helping me feel relaxed. Some shout outs to everyone I can remember post sedation: Dr. Scott, nurses Pam, Anthony, Dallas, and CRNA Emily. Thank you for your hard work and great care.

I drove a friend to Asheville Eye Surgery Center to have cataract surgery. I was required to stay on the grounds until the surgery was completed. I had the option to sit in the waiting room or on the outside bench. The whole thing took about two hours. The office was very busy and it seemed everyone was there to have cataract surgery. The surgery went very well. He said that he can see without glasses now, and it is amazing.

From check-in to discharge on Feb.2 the care I received was exceptional. The staff were kind, caring and reassuring. They explained everything being done and why and answered my questions.They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. DrCrandall was informative and I am sure that I got the best possible care. Many thanks for making my experience so positive.
