Had a appointment to have 2 teeth pulled using nitrous due to my anxiety. I also was given a oral med from my medical doctor that I have taken numerous time when going to this particular dentist office with no issues! Today however they refused to use the nitrous. This office is not accommodating to the patients that have severe anxiety over being at the dentist.

I went into see Dr Ashley to have a mold made for a tooth that she was replacing. i paid ahead of time but had a death in my family and couldn’t finish the procedure. I had to take care of my family by moving out of state. They told me not to worry they would work with me. After finally getting settled, I reached out today for a refund that the Dr had mentioned I could get when I left town. My previous dentist, Dr Ludwig, was really awesome, but she's moved on. I wish her the best of luck! I saw a new dentist yesterday, Dr Love, and had a really great experience! I'm 50yo and that was the first time I've ever had a tooth extracted where I didn't know the tooth was out until the dentist showed it to me. WOW!!! I'm sure she's heard all the corny jokes about her name, but I really do "Love" her work and look forward to her taking care of me in the future!
