I missed out on an apartment that I wanted and needed for me and my child because they refused to fill out a simple rental verification form. I am writing this review from a hotel room! The property tried several times to reach out to these people and resent the email with the form several times as well. Terrible. Unresponsive and when there is a response Ryan has a hell of an attitude. So unprofessional. Working with a different company now for just about the same monthly price, which is night and day made me realise what a drastic comparison it is.
Horrible experience, the operator talk to people so aggressive and with and actitud, I would not recomend this management to anyone be careful I don't think I don't think is fear to pay a Lot of money and don't get decent customer service.
Horrible manager. Does not care about their residents.
