I usually don't have issues here, but the lack of notice for special closures is highly inconvenient. I made a trip from out of town on a Thursday because they are closed on Fridays, just to have some issues with my glasses addressed. Despite calling ahead and leaving a voicemail, I arrived to find the office closed for a staff conference. For an eye clinic, communication should be a priority so patients don't make unnecessary trips. First time going here and by far the best eye doctors I have ever been to. I had been getting the wrong contact script for 23 years. Made my day to get a glimpse (pun intended) of what it is actually like to see. Grateful for the people here. Kind, understanding, and serious about helping their patients. If you struggle with eyesight, this is the place to be.
