Very happy with the way our house came along and sold very quickly, with zero pressure to take the first offer we got, which in the long run worked out better for us. Ann and Joe were very helpful with the process of remodeling and selling our rental house. They were above and beyond in every aspect. Sale of the home once we finished the remodel was very quick took only one day to have offers, and two days to confirm the sell. Overall Ann and Joe are very nice to deal with very generous when we needed help.
