I loved this OB office for years and went here during my pregnancy with my daughter. Called in for abnormal bleeding and no one ever picks up the phone, says they will send a message for the doctor, left messages and never got a call back. I left messages in the online portal, never got a respond back. I am very disappointed and upset. I absolutely LOVE my OB mid-wife Megan, but she is out on leave. I get the office is busy, but it has been a week of calling and leaving messages and no respond. VERY unprofessional.
My doctor is more like a robot. Incapable of any kind of critical thinking. I also have had a UTI each time after my visits and I've never had one before going to this practice.

All those stars you see are for the great midwifery and obgyn staff. But whoever is managing the office side of things needs a swift kick in the something. Is their policy strictly not to answer phones? They only call back. Hours later. And they turn off their phone lines half an hour earlier than they are listed on Google. They also ask you to check in ahead of time and then STILL make you also check YOURSELF in at the touch screen computers when you get to the appointment.
