Dr. Lekaj is both professional and pleasant. His questions re: whatever you came to see him about are on the mark and his advice, prescriptions and referrals are accurate. He is my Primary Physician and my husband's as well and we both recommend him highly.
If you find yourself in the ER of this hell hole, get up, call a cab, and go to Vassar. This is THE world hospital on the face of the earth. Some lame PA just deafened my right ear which is now bleeding after what should have been a routine removal of a large obstruction of ear wax. This place, and its affiliate "Benedictine" SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN by the Health Department. If I could give negative stars, I'd give 100.
The billing dept. has in the past billed me and the insurance company. They are not helpful at all even refuse to work out billing questions with different departments of the hospital. I have recieved a charity for services in one department and have bill's sent to collection agencies in the billing dept. They will request financial information from you and lose it repeataly.
