I've had good experiences with the staff but have been disappointed in the cost of care and lack of efficiency and transparency with their patient portal and accessing medical records/test results. My first appointment was an "intake appointment" which I was required to schedule to become established as a patient. The majority of the 45 minute appointment was filling out my patient chart with a nurse.
