When I needed it, I was able to get a same day appointment with my family medicine doctor. I've had two different Doc's within WMC's Physician network. Both were great doctors. They were able to see me promptly, and treat me properly. Always appreciate conversing with the front desk personnel as well.
Their billing is terrible. Getting bills I don't owe or ones I don't know what they are for, I don't know if I owe them. No one can or will explain them. Because of this I am switching my medical care to doctors who are not a part of WMC Physician Practices. Which will include my primary. I love her but the stress of dealing with these people has become too much.
